Twenty20 International matches can be pretty close, as the teams give quite a stiff competition to each other. They can be heart wrenching, nail biting, thrilling and can produce many spectacle moments. That’s the reason it has the ability to attract large numbers of crowd. However, there have been a few matches where one team has produced quite spectacular performances while the opposition has been completely outplayed. Here we take a look at the largest margins of victory (by runs) in the history of T20Is.

The first ever T20 international in Australia ended up being a complete one sided game. Batting first, Australia rode on Damien Martyn’s splendid innings of 96 runs from just 56 balls. Later on, Symonds battered South African bowlers all over the park with a devilish 54 off just 26 balls and powered Australia’s total to 206/3. On the other hand, South Africa never looked on course to achieve the target after Nathan Bracken’s twin strikes and got all out for 114 runs. Australia won by 95 runs and Martyn was adjudged the Man of the Match.
