The star players had to miss out due to injuries and fitness issues as well as their sides finding better options for the playing XI. Plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore, he couldn’t make a cut over in overseas spot to be picked over players like Gayle, de Villiers and Sammy. 10 – Pat Cummins: Pat Cummins couldn’t make into KKR’s final XI given his side’s dependence on Spinners.(Photo Source:BCCI) The Australian pacer Pat Cummins couldn’t make into KKR’s final XI given his side’s dependence on Spinners. However, Morne Morkel and Umesh Yadav covered up the Knight Riders pace attack, Cummins getting a game looks unlikely. The Australian can bowl at high speeds and can be lethal at death. Kolkata Knight Riders might look at playing him in the cases where the track might produce help for pacers.
