One of the most charismatic figures in the current generation, Rashid Khan is touted as the next big thing in world cricket. The leg-spinner is bossing most of the T20 tournaments across the globe and is also beginning to stamp his authority at the International level. But during the Big Bash this season, he had some personal tragedy to deal with and he decided to keep cricket ahead of his family.

While playing for the Adelaide Strikers, he learned about the death of his father. He didn’t leave to his country to see his father for one final time just to accompany his team which was in a struggle. Although some fans criticized him for not giving importance to his father’s funeral, one cannot disregard his love for the game.
