2. Phillip Hughes’ coffin being carried by his father and Aaron Finch

There’s nothing more devastating than death, just the finality of it is so heartbreaking. Phillip Hughes, a 26-year-old promising youngster who was trying to replace Michael Clarke in the Australian squad through the Sheffield Shield game, was batting on 63 when a deathly bouncer hit his neck and two days later, it took his life.

The cricketing world was never left so heartbroken as that. So many games were called off right after his passing and the Test series between India and Australia too was postponed for a few days.

But the moment which literally left everyone weeping was Aaron Finch and Greg Hughes (Phillip’s father) carrying his coffin for one final time. They both couldn’t control their emotions and cried their heart out, so did the entire world watching it.
