Former Indian skipper Mohammed Azharuddin’s record of 126 ODIs is a tremendous feat. Azhar has been dropped just once in his entire career in 1997, when he was left out of the final 4 ODIs against New Zealand, handing the captaincy to Sachin Tendulkar. The classy Hyderabadi made a return to the side in the Pepsi Asia Cup the same year in Sri Lanka.
