One record that is highly improbable to equal, and impossible to break, is Saad Bin Zafar’s figures of 2/0 in his four overs. Yes, you read it right, four maidens out of four overs in a T20I match.
In the 20th match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Americas Region Qualifier in 2021, Canada took on minnows Panama and broke records after records by absolutely annihilating their opposition.
Left-arm spinner Saad Bin Zafar bowled four maidens on the trot to end with figures of two wickets for no runs in a mind-bending bowling display that saw Panama embarrassingly dismissed for just 37 runs as Canada won the match, without breaking a sweat, by 208 runs.
