2. Chris Jordan
Chris Jordan is one of the first names to be put on England’s T20 team for the World Cup next year. Jordan has picked 54 wickets in 43 T20Is for the Three Lions. Considering he regularly bowls in the death, his economy of 8.5 is fairly imposing. Jordan has been in a brilliant form in 2019. He has scalped 14 wickets in 8 matches with a wicket every 10 balls!
By playing around the globe in different leagues, Jordan has earned the reputation of a T20 specialist. However, he would want to improve his IPL statistics. In his first stint in IPL with RCB in 2016, Jordan picked up 11 wickets in 9 matches but was on the expensive side. He was part of Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2018 and didn’t pick a single wicket in 4 games.
The 31-year-old has grown leaps and bounds in the last couple of years. Accumulating experience from the T20 leagues he has added variations to his armour; slower ball, off cutters, leg cutters, hardly misses the yorker. CSK and RCB both would want to gain the facilities of the Barbadian and make him their pace bowling head.
