KS Bharat’s selection can be a little surprising as he is yet to debut for India across any format and earlier, he has been only added to the squad as injury covers. It is unlikely that Andhra Pradesh cricketer will be able to make a cut in the XI for Test games.

Talking about his career statistics, he has played 78 FC games with more than four thousand runs to his credit. He has also been part of 61 T20 games where he has 1050 runs to his name.

He recently grabbed a lot of limelight in the second phase of IPL 2021 where he played a game-changing knock against DC and smashed a last-ball six to stun all.
