Earlier this year, Kartik Aaryan was asked which cricket biopic he would like to act on and without wasting a second, the actor replied, ”Virat Kohli!” Fans are wondering whether he is planning on featuring in a cricket-biopic film in near future. He received a big popularity boost with his last movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa part two being a huge hit.

The 31-year-old actor is currently promoting for his next project Shehzada which is set to release on November 4. In November 2021, Kartik teased fans after posting a short video of him playing cricket with a full batting kit on. He put a caption, “Coming Soon,” which triggered fans to guess the actor playing in a cricket biopic. But fans were disappointed to see that teaser turned out to be an advertisement video.

A few years ago, the player was spotted playing cricket on the sets of his famous hit ‘Luka Chuppi.’ Later he revealed his love for the game and said, “I love playing cricket, and obviously whenever I get time between my schedules or shoot, and if there’s a match going on, I make sure I am glued to it. Watching a match and rooting for India, gives me a different high and I love playing it.”
