4. Shahbaz Nadeem (Jharkhand):

The Jharkhand skipper finished the season as the highest wicket-taker. His slow left-arm spin yielded 51 wickets at 19.62. He registered a 5-wicket innings haul four times while had a 10-wicket match haul once. His produced his best spell in an innings of 7/45 against Himachal Pradesh in Ranchi. His performances and leadership took his team to the knockout rounds this season. Nadeem has been more renowned for his spells in the shortest format of the game, notably for the Delhi Daredevils in the IPL, however, he proved that he has the skills to deliver in the longer format as well.
