Popularly known as Rawalpindi Express for his outstanding pace, Akhtar is recognized as one of the greatest as well as fastest bowlers of all time. He delivered a world record top speed of 161.3 km/h during the 2003 World Cup and left the cricket fraternity short of words.
Pakistan speedster is the first bowler to breach the 100 mph barrier and did so twice in his glorious career. In line with Kohli’s struggle against extreme pace and accuracy, Akhtar could have been a great trouble for him.
