4. Yuvraj Singh
Yuvraj Singh was diagnosed with cancer in 2011 after he helped India win the World Cup. After getting treated with lung cancer and his life being saved in 2012, the former Indian cricketer decided to open a foundation for cancer survivors named ‘YouWeCan.”
The foundation helps various people in supporting their finances while getting treated with cancer. It is a non-profit company set up by the cricketer. Yuvraj Singh is one of the greatest match-winner that India has ever produced. His story is quite inspiring for the young generation of cricketers.
After surviving from cancer, he also later returned to cricket and played a significant amount of international cricket for India. Other than being the founder and the main brain behind his foundation, Yuvraj Singh has also lent a helping hand to several other charitable causes across the country.
