5 Cricketers who can replace Rishabh Pant in T20 World Cup 2020
If Pant is not getting amongst the runs soon, his position in the side could be in danger.
4. Nitish Rana
Nitish Rana first made his mark in the Indian Premier League, where he was given a great opportunity by the Mumbai Indians to bat at number three. The Delhi batsman showed great mettle and courage, eventually pulling off some outstanding performances for the side.
He later moved to the Kolkata Knight Riders and has been performing exceedingly well in recent times with the bat and ball. He was Delhi’s highest run-scorer and wicket-taker in the Vijay Hazare trophy, making him a serious contender to enter the national squad pretty soon.
A bit like Ishan Kishan, Rana can bat well in more than one position and that versatility is always going to be helpful. Having not received a single call-up yet from the Indian side, the chances of him becoming a part of the team by October next year are not very great, but he definitely has some good chances to prove his worth in this time period.
