3. Manish Pandey
Manish Pandey may have been a part of the Virat Kohli-led Indian side that won the Under-19 World Cup in 2008. However, it was only in 2009 that he shot into the limelight. He became the first-ever Indian batsman to score an IPL ton. Ever since that hundred, Pandey is rated very highly.
However, in 2011, Pandey was slapped with a four-match ban for violating some of IPL’s guidelines while changing his team from RCB to Pune Warriors India (PWI). He played there for three seasons before the team was terminated from the IPL
In 2014, KKR fetched him for a sum of INR 1.7 crore. And straightaway, Pandey became an IPL champion. After losing five of the first seven matches, KKR went on a winning streak and eventually, lift the IPL title for the second time.
