Social media has been buzzing with the speculations for the last couple of days that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are set to get married in Milan, Italy. As both of them are renowned personalities and have got a huge fanbase, the hype around the marriage is not surprising. However, it’s not the first instance of this kind as similar speculations have surfaced on social media from time to time. It was reported a few months back as well that the power couple was getting engaged, but Virat himself took to Twitter to dismiss those reports saying if he ever thinks of getting engaged or hitched, he would not hide it from anyone. It’s very much possible that the reports turn out to be mere rumours again and if Anushka Sharma’s spokesperson is to be believed, these are just rumours, however here are some of the recent developments that suggest otherwise- 1. Virat flies out with family Virat Kohli. (Photo Source: Twitter) India Today reported that Virat was spotted at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi at around midnight on Thursday and he had a flight booked for Switzerland close to 3 am in the morning. He clearly didn’t want anyone to see him at the airport, so he had a major part of his face hidden with a cowl. The security officials wanted to click a few snaps with the Indian captain, but Virat didn’t want to take a chance and thus he refused. What’s interesting was that Virat’s family accompanied him and they were all set to fly together. 2. Anushka flies out with family Anushka Sharma. The PK actress who doesn’t have a project in hand at the moment was seen at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai with her mom, dad and elder brother. Virat’s childhood coach applies for a leave Virat Kohli, Coach Rajkumar Sharma. (Photo Source: Twitter) Rajkumar Sharma, who coached Virat during the early years of his cricket career and whom Virat credits a lot for making him the player he has evolved into, is currently the coach of Delhi U23 team which is taking part in the CK Nayudu tournament. A couple of days ago, Mr Sharma asked for a leave ahead of a crucial semi-final game that Delhi had to play against Tamil Nadu which surprised the DDCA officials. CricketNext quoted a DDCA official saying, “Delhi will be playing the semi-final of the CK Nayudu Trophy after quite some time, but Coach Rajkumar Sharma requested for leave as he has some family commitments.” 4. Anushka’s family priest also travelled to Switzerland Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli with a priest. (Photo Source: Twitter) The news agency has also reported that Maharaj Anant Baba who is a priest at the Anant Dham in Haridwar was also a part of the touring party that left with Anushka on Thursday night. Anant Baba is believed to be the spiritual guru of Anushka and she always seeks his blessings and directions before making any major decisions. Virat and Anushka had visited Maharaj Anant Baba during their recent trip to Uttarakhand as well. The fact that he flew out with her family is a sure hint that it’s not just a normal family holiday. 5. A Twitter user claiming the preparations are underway While the Tweets are absolutely flowing in with the hashtag #VirushkaWedding, a particular user by the name HumanAfterAll claims that he has a friend who works at the hotel in Milan where Virushka is going to get married and he has informed him that the preparations are in full swing.
