4. Alex Carey
Alex Carey is another Australian player who was a member of the Delhi Capitals last season. With a strong batting lineup, there was little space for Carey to make a name for himself during the thirteenth season of the Indian Premier League. However, Rishabh Pant’s injury meant that Carey was given a chance in the playing eleven. In the only season he played, Carey scored 32 runs off 29 balls.
A strike rate of 110.34 was never enough for Carey to cement his place in the playing eleven. Therefore, he had to warm the benches for most of the season. Also, this meant that he was released from the squad before the 2021 auctions. Well, this might cost Delhi a solid player in the form of Carey.

Well, it looks like the Aussie keeper has found his form! Therefore, Alex Carey makes it to this list of 5 flops in IPL 2020 who did well in BBL 2020-21.
