#5) Ashok Menaria

The left-handed all-rounder from Udaipur represented the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL for two seasons. The Udaipuri was spoken as the next big thing in Indian cricket with his all-round prowess.

He was the captain of he under 19 side at the Under 19 World Cup in 2010. However, since then Menaria has slipped down the pecking order and has not found the limelight. Menaria could not prove his worth and was later released at the end of the season by the franchise.

He has made his mark as a batsman rather than an all-rounder which might have tampered his chances at the Royals.
