5 Indian cricketers who used to play PUBG

In a chock-a-block calendar, the cricketers need time where they could get themselves refreshed, away from their profession. It’s not any different for the Indian cricketers, who play loads of international matches and also the Indian Premier League, which carries on for nearly two months. In order to stay charged up, a number of their players, used to play PUBG, a popular game among the youngsters. However, that won’t be possible in the near future. It’s because the Indian government has banned 118 Chinese applications following cross-border tensions between the two countries over the last few weeks. In the article, let’s take a look at five Indian cricketers, who played PUBG: – 1. MS Dhoni MS Dhoni. The 39-year-old is deemed as one of the quickest learns and hence, his proficiency in PUBG can’t be undermined. He is known as the Captain Cool and even in the game, he must be outclassing his opponents without trouble. Even during the lockdown period, Dhoni has managed to keep himself busy, playing the mobile game. Recently, Sakshi, MSD’s better-half, talked about how the Jharkhand-born has played PUBG even in his sleep. Now that the game has been banned, it remains to be seen how he spends his time. 2. Kedar Jadhav Kedar Jadhav. (Photo Source: Twitter) It was Kedar Jadhav, who introduced Dhoni and the other Indian cricketers in the early 2018. The Maharashtra veteran is known as the ‘in-game leader’ for the hours he has spent on the mobile game. Whenever the batsman gets free time, Jadhav plays PUBG to keep himself entertained. He also plays with his mates in the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Kedar also advised his team members to find the apt equipment for better playing experience. On the field, Jadhav isn’t a spring chicken, but he adds value to the teams with his skills and potential. 3. Yuzvendra Chahal Yuzvendra Chahal. Before the application being banned, he used to use Tik-Tok, posting hilarious videos where he was seen, dancing. He is a die-hard PUBG fan and he gives Jadhav a run for his money in terms of dedication. Apparently, Jadhav and Chahal play on the same squad whenever they get a chance. When they aren’t allotted as roommates, they go to the hotel lobby and play. There’s also a picture of Chahal playing PUBG at the airport while waiting for his flight. Though the speedster was a late-comer among his teammates, he had played the mobile game quite a number of times before with his brothers. Shami always used to carry a tab and used to hit the target right away. Out of embarrassment, he didn’t let anyone know that he used to play with his brothers. The talented pacer uses the sniper a lot to his advantage. His efficiency also prompted the other members to switch from mobile phones. 5. Shikhar Dhawan shikhar Dhawan. (Photo Source: Twitter) Shikhar Dhawan is a brute force on the field, having scored plenty of runs across all the three formats. But he doesn’t play a whole lot of PUBG like his other teammates. The southpaw picked up the game at the same time as Shami, however, he isn’t that much into the popular mobile game. He also, reportedly, played PUBG along with his wife Ayesha Dhawan at their residence. At his home, Dhawan likes to spend a lot of time with his son Zoravar. Along with his loved ones, the left-handed batsman keeps on posting adorable pictures and videos, especially on his Instagram handles.
