When you hear Cheteshwar Pujara’s name, you get a picture of ‘The Wall’ in your mind. Speaking about the current Indian Test team, the XI is incomplete without the Saurashtra star. He’s considered as the most valuable player in the Indian Test team after Virat Kohli, the skipper.

Pujara boasts various records in the longest format of the game but when it comes to limited-overs cricket, he didn’t do much as he averages just 10 in the five ODIs he represented India for. He managed to get just 51 runs in those five matches and he doesn’t have a good T20 record as well.

There were various interviews where Pujara talked about sealing limited-overs spot in the Indian team, but owing to huge competition from youngsters of various corners of the country, Pujara has to hang his boots sooner than later from these two formats.
