2. Michael Vaughan gets blocked by Sanjay Manjrekar
In recent times, Sanjay Manjrekar has been trolled quite a bit on Twitter. In fact, his criticism of Ravindra Jadeja (calling him a ‘bits and pieces cricketer’) wasn’t taken well too. Jadeja himself took to Twitter to lash out at the former India player. That was one point of debate during the World Cup.
While predicting India’s XI for the semi-final, Manjrekar picked Jadeja in his XI which surprised Michael Vaughan. The former England skipper retweeted and said, “I see you have picked that bits and pieces cricketer.” The Indian cricketer-turned-commentator replied and said, it’s not his XI but predicted.
‘Predicted’ my dear Vaughan…not ‘my’ team. 🙄 https://t.co/vKisWU0vyK

Then during India’s semi-final game, Vaughan decided to pull Manjrekar’s leg and sent out a couple of tweets and referred to Jadeja as ‘bits and pieces’. This irked Manjrekar who went ahead and blocked the former England cricketer. Vaughan took to Twitter to reveal the news that he was blocked by Manjrekar.
