2. Jasprit Bumrah
Rishabh Pant, the Delhi lad can be a threat for any opposition in final overs but MI had Bumrah, the team’s X-factor who had already dismissed him 2 times in 3 games. In his first ball of 17th over Bumrah was whacked for a boundary by Axar Patel, but the following ball he was bounced out. The third ball which Bumrah bowled was a fine yorker, but Pant unleashed an half-helicopter which landed on square leg stands. After a couple of balls, the MI superstar bowled a bumper, and the ball ended up at deep mid-wicket fence for a boundary.
After getting rugged by Pant in the previous over Bumrah was back in the 19th over to complete his quota, but this time Pant deposited the ball over deep square leg. The death over specialist managed to execute a yorker on the third ball of that over where Pant could only manage a single. In the following delivery, Tewatia slog-swept the Indian speedster, and the result was a maximum over deep mid-wicket. At the end of the innings, Bumrah was dazed, as he was carted around like a club bowler.
