5.  Hardy Sandhu’s perfect depiction by Madan Lal’s bowling

Punjabi Popstar Hardy Sandhu is being fetched in the ’83 movie to play the role of pacer Madan Lal. Though Sandhu is not resembling Lal much by facial features, he grabs all the attention when he rolls his arm for the first time in the trailer.

Lal’s action wasn’t very easy to imitate but Sandhu aced it really well in the movie. It was first seen when he bowls in the nets to opener K Srikkanth and fans couldn’t do much but purely appreciate those skills.

For the unversed, Sandhu has been a professional cricketer (pacer) in the early parts of his career and played U19 cricket alongside Cheteshwar Pujara and Shikhar Dhawan. And that clears all air around him on imitating Lal’s role exceptionally.
