Dale Steyn running in at full throttle and hurling the ball at a searing pace at the batsman is one of the most beautiful sights to watch. The legendary South African has featured in 92 matches in IPL cricket and has picked up 96 scalps at an average of 24.74.

Steyn has been a part of several teams in his IPL career. He started out with Royal Challengers Bangalore, then moved to the now-defunct Deccan Chargers, continued his IPL journey with Sunrisers Hyderabad, was a part of the Gujarat Lions squad and is now back again with the Royal Challengers Bangalore side.

Steyn is now 37 years old and does not have a lot of cricket left in him. Also, in the 2019 edition of the league, he played just 2 matches for his franchise before he was ruled out of the edition due to injury. Steyn would like to leave one final mark in the deserts of UAE when he takes the field for the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
