After an exciting, well-fought series against England, Team India is all set to welcome “The Tigers” led by Mushfiqur Rahim in the Test arena for the very first time in India. The visitors have selected a squad comprising of both exciting youngsters and experienced players like Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan will be expected to lead the charge.
While they are there, other lesser recognized players who still have a point to prove at the highest level will have an eye on them as well. 1. Jayant Yadav
The 27-year-old all-rounder was one of the players who delivered stunning performances for the Indian team in the Test series against England with his efficient bowling performances which earned a lot of wickets for the side. His economical bowling maintained the pressure on the batsmen who surrendered their wickets meekly.
His sublime performances down the order with the willow stunned fans and spectators alike. Jayant’s mature batting even under pressure earned him a lot of respect from former Indian players who were impressed by his maturity. He will be expected to deliver similar efforts against Bangladesh.
