New Zealand has undoubtedly been the most consistent and impressive side in the tournament however England has also peaked at the right time. While England brings in the unpredictability factor to their cricket, Kiwis have gone about their business in a calm and professional manner. It will be a fascinating contest when the two teams face each other in the 1st semi-final at Kotla tomorrow. Here’s a look at players who could be potential match-winners for their respective teams.

1. Martin Guptill:

Martin Guptill was surprisingly snubbed by IPL teams during the auction in February this year. Most predicted the Kiwi batsman to go for big bucks however that didn’t happen. Despite the snub, Guptill has been performing brilliantly for New Zealand. He played a match winning knock against Pakistan in a crucial encounter for his team. Guptill loves to take the attack to the opposition and play his natural game. England will have to stop him to have a say in this match.
