4. Too Many cooks spoil the Broth:

Though this is a proverb, but is a well proven one. Indian team has already got a magnetic Advisory committee, appointed by BCCI to guide the prospects and advice for its betterment. Now if there comes in yet another advisor to the team in the form of a head coach, it might lead to somewhat chaos which could well lead to mismanagement. So, it is better to keep things straight and simple. If the responsibility of coaching is also vested upon the committee, things might just go apt and in favor of the team.
