2. Decent IPL form
Playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in this season of IPL, he has been at the top of his game. He has taken 19 wickets in just 9 matches with an average of 15.47. His best performance came against Delhi Capitals when he took three wickets for 30 runs. He tops the list in terms of a number of wickets taken by a Sunrisers Hyderabad bowler this season.
Khaleel came into limelight when he took 5 wickets for 30 runs against arch-rivals Pakistan in the 2016 U19 World Cup which also included the wicket of future Pakistan International player Shadab Khan. Three years down the line, he is a much-improved bowler.
