4. Satisfactory performance from the Indian middle order:

After the opening partnership managed to set up the base for the team, the middle order somehow took India to a well poised score of 271 runs. The batsmen in the likes of Manoj Tiwary, Robin Uthappa and Stuart Binny managed to get starts but did not manage to convert them into big ones.
