Long before bagging the initial tag of a million-dollar baby while representing Mumbai Indians, this Australian all-rounder was first seen in the Delhi camp in the IPL 2012. In that IPL season, the Delhi franchise was seen having a robust run and in between Maxwell was also seen making his IPL debut. In his mere two games, hardly there came runs from his blade. 
But in that same year, the Australian selectors did select him for the tour of <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/fia-directed-by-lahore-court-to-file-a-case-against-pakistan-cricketer-babar-azam/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pakistan</a> in the UAE. In his two outings, Maxwell collectively fetched a total of 31 runs in that T20I series. But as far as his initial IPL journey is concerned, the stalwart had a breakthrough IPL season in 2014 for KXIP. In that eventful season, Maxwell took KXIP to its first-ever IPL final.
Overall, although Maxwell might have played IPL before making his T20I debut, in a general sense, he has been a disappointing commodity in the IPL. His T20I numbers for Australia are much superior that to his numbers in the IPL. But now with his new association for RCB, the cricketer would be expected to bring a turnaround in his bleak IPL career.

As we all know, long before making his debut for England in international cricket, Jofra Archer in his debut IPL season for RR had become a big success. The speedster in that 2018 season had picked a total of 15 wickets from his 11 games at an economy of 8.36. Because of his steadfast bowling, the franchise was also seen triumphing into the top four. 
For England, as we all know since the board had amended its rules, Archer as soon as he had become eligible was seen making his T20I debut. Days before the 2019 <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/t20-world-cup-2021-3-teams-that-are-favourites-to-win-the-title/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">World Cup</a>, the pacer donned the England jersey and soon after his debut ODI series, he played his first T20I game against Pakistan. In terms of his performance in that game, Archer took two wickets and leaked runs at an economy of around 7.
Currently, within his initial years of international cricket, he is now a distinctive part of the fab four club of bowling and especially has become skipper Morgan’s go-to man in white-ball cricket. Even for his IPL franchise, he is the leader of the pack and also someone who often is competing to win the Purple Cap.

Although Jason Holder is a very invigorating name when it comes to the longest format for the West Indies, the speedster is one elusive West Indian cricketer who had made his IPL debut before his T20I. Regardless of representing sides like the KKR and the SRH, Holder actually made his debut in the 2013 IPL season for CSK. 
The West Indian pacer was tried by the CSK camp for six IPL games in 2013 where Holder hardly fetched any success. Even in the next season, Jason had a difficult time as in a single IPL game he leaked runs at an economy of 11.66. But in that same year before the IPL 2014, in January, the Barbados-born cricketer had made his T20I debut against New Zealand in Wellington. 
Jason Holder, since his T20I debut, has merely played 20 T20Is for the West Indies and is predominantly well-known for his craft in the red-ball format. However, in the last IPL season, the SRH camp had bagged him to replace the injured <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/cricket-australia-announce-the-first-statue-of-a-female-cricketer-outside-sydney-cricket-ground/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Australian</a> all-rounder Mitchell Marsh. Hence in that season for SRH, the WI skipper actually became a revelation wherein in his 7 matches he scalped a total of 14 wickets at an economy of 8.32. Recently, Holder was also seen playing against Sri Lanka in T20Is.

All in all, one can call the IPL a future factory line that produces a pool of cricketers who are bound to triumph in international cricket.
