3. Prayas Ray Barman
In 2018, Prayas became the youngest debutant in IPL, when he donned the RCB colors for the first time against SRH. However, that turned out to be the horrendous outing for the 15-year-old, as he went for 56 runs in his four overs in that game, that will be remembered for centuries for both David Warner and Jonny Bairstow.
That was the only game for the leg-spinner all-rounder. Prayas warming the bench isn’t very surprising. The Virat Kohl side already enjoys the services of Moeen Ali and Yuzvendra Chahal. They play seven of their games on a flat Chinnaswamy deck, which is a graveyard for spinners.
Therefore, team dynamics never allows it to play many spinners. Thus, Barman will never be benefitted in RCB. Moreover, he might be a useful addition to other teams, which may give him a chance to play.
