The onus is on the Board as to how they can employ the available expertise in the best possible way. Guys who have seen and had framed the golden era of Caribbean cricket should be handed over the charge of revamping, motivating and fostering young talent across West Indies, which can go a long way in ameliorating the status of their cricket.
