The Indian team for the Australia tour that is scheduled to kick off on January 12 was announced by the BCCI on Saturday. The BCCI panel of selectors met in New Delhi to pick the T20I and the ODI squads. India will play Australia in 5 ODIs and 3 T20Is during the tour.
While the core of the team remained the same, a few youngsters have been added in both ODI and T20I teams. Players like Yuvraj Singh and Ashish Nehra would be staging their comeback too. One of the key highlights of the team selection was the inclusion of new players who have been on the fringes of their National debuts for quite some time.
“This Aus tour will give selectors a chance to take a look at other players,” quoted Sandeep Patil.
Here are the youngsters who made it to the Indian team for Australian tour:

Manish Pandey has been added to the squad owing to his decent knocks – 94* against Jammu and Kashmir and 79 against Gujarat in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
