With 75 sixes to his name, Angelo Mathews is the 3rd in the list of most sixes by an active International cricketer. The <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/asia-cup-2022-predicted-sri-lanka-playing-xi/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sri Lankan</a> legend has played 100 Tests so far for his country and like Rohit and Warner, this 35-year-old doesn’t have time on his side.
Angelo Mathews however is a very dependable batsman. He can contribute with the ball as well and when it comes to hitting sixes, no Sri Lankan has hit more sixes than him in Test cricket. The question however remains, can he achieve this milestone before he retires?
Well, he can. Hitting 25 more sixes in Test cricket is very much possible for a class batter like Mathews. In terms of his fitness, he can continue with the game for two more years at least and thus, will have the time to achieve the feat. Who would have thought that a bowler would feature in this list? Well, Tim Southee proved everyone wrong as the Kiwi International currently has 76 sixes to his name in Test Cricket. The premium pacer played 88 Tests so far for New Zealand and is a regular starter for the team.
The 33-year-old can actually become the only bowler in history to feature in this elite list. The Kiwi management gave him the freedom to play his natural cricket and that over the years, it helped him a lot to hit so many sixes.
Interestingly, Southee has more sixes to his name than Sachin Tendulkar, Sanath Jayasuriya, AB De Villiers, Clive Lloyed, <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/sourav-ganguly-to-not-charge-money-for-llcs-special-match-celebrating-75-years-of-indias-independence/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sourav Ganguly </a>and many other legends of this game. The only active bowler who comes close to Tim Southee is Mitchell Starc, who has 44 sixes to his name in this format.

Many believe that it is a matter of when and not if. <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/we-dont-think-on-these-lines-rishabh-pant-on-competition-with-dinesh-karthik-for-india-spot/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rishabh Pant</a> has 48 sixes to his name in just 31 Tests that he has played. Given his form and dominance in Test cricket, it is highly expected that the wicket-keeper batter will reach the milestone sooner than later. 
Being just 24-years-old, Pant has a lot of time in his hand to hit 100 sixes in Test cricket. He has shown his six hitting abilities against Australia and England in the past and he can of course accelerate against weaker teams. The team management has given him complete freedom to play the way he wants and he has just wrecked bowlers on multiple occasions so far.
With the highest score of 159 runs in Test cricket, Pant has 2123 runs in this format. Hitting sixes is his biggest strength and it won’t be surprising if he becomes the quickest one to reach the target.

<h3>6. Jonny Bairstow</h3>

The English International has 46 sixes to his name in Test cricket. Bairstow has played 88 Test matches for England so far and can be the second cricketer from England to hit 100 sixes in Test cricket.
Bairstow currently is 32-years-old and thus doesn’t have a lot of time in his hand to hit 54 more sixes. However, after the introduction of ‘<a href="https://www.crictracker.com/twitter-reactions-south-african-pacers-brush-off-bazball-fear-before-rain-interruption-on-day-1/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bazball</a>’ in England cricket, he now has a lot of freedom to express himself. Given his record in white-ball cricket, Bairstow can hit a lot of sixes and if he can execute that in Test cricket, Bairstow can achieve the goal.
The wicket-keeper batter is a very important member of the England squad at the moment. He along with Ben Stokes gives the much needed stability in the team, something that was missing in the 2021-22 season.

The number one Test all-rounder according to ICC Men’s Test all-rounder ranking, Ravindra Jadeja has hit 55 sixes in Test cricket so far. The left-hander played 60 Tests for India as of now and features regularly in the Indian Test team.
The 33-year-old has time to go the distance. Being a spinner, Jadeja can easily play for at least five more years. In the meantime, if he manages to hit 45 more sixes, he can be a part of the elite list. Is it tough? Of course it is. 
He is a lower middle order batter who doesn’t get a lot of batting. That’s the only concern at the moment. The southpaw has 2523 runs in Test cricket so far, with his highest score of 175 runs. The all-rounder also has 242 Test wickets to his name.
