The Pataudi Trophy is awarded to the winner of the England-India Test series held in England. The trophy itself was designed and made by Jocelyn Burton and is named after the Pataudi cricketing family. It was first awarded in 2007 to commemorate the 75 years since the first Test match between the two sides. England currently hold the trophy, having retained it by beating India in 2014. India won the first edition of the series in England in 2007. Out of the 3 series played so far under the header England have won 2 while India got their hands on it once.
