A fan tries to school Ravindra Jadeja on Instagram, gets bashed

Supporters trolling the cricketers on the social media has become a pretty common phenomenon these days. Even as some of them don’t pay heed to the comments, a few of them resorts to replying with a stern message in order to make the fans realise their mistakes. Recently, 30-year-old Indian all-round cricketer, Ravindra Jadeja had to encounter such a scenario on Instagram.

Jadeja is someone, who also stays updated with the latest fashion trends. From hair to beard, the Saurashtra cricketer keeps on coming up with new styles. Recently, he decided to take suggestions from the people about his hairstyle, posting on the social media. Jadeja posted a stylish picture and wrote, “Guys Any suggestions for hair style!! #hairstyle#stylegoals

However, a user took it as a chance to troll Jadeja. A fan by the name of Vipin Tiwari slammed him and wrote, “Abe apni game pe bhi focus kr le thodi, batting hoti nahi all rounder ban k baitha h.” Jadeja didn’t get flustered by the comment and he destroyed the user for the harsh comments. He replied and wrote, “@tiwari.vipin tere ghar pe tv nai hain kya. Last test match dekha nai, Idiot,”

Jadeja indeed did well with the willow. In India’s fourth and final Test against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG), he scored 81 runs from 114 balls with seven boundaries and a six. Moreover, he cobbled together a stand of 204 runs with Rishabh Pant, who scored 159 runs from 189 deliveries. Earlier in October, Jadeja also scored his maiden Test century at his home ground- SCA Stadium in Rajkot.

Jadeja didn’t play the first two Tests in Adelaide and Perth respectively. But premier off-spinner Ravi Ashwin’s injury meant that Jadeja got to play the last two matches in Melbourne and Sydney respectively. He didn’t flatter to deceive either with the leather, having picked up seven wickets.
