“No, just 35 seconds. Natural beauty. I don’t waste time in the washroom to get ready. It’s natural. A lot of girls say, yeah you are looking cute. I say, oh natural,” Shahzad said in the video.

In their opening fixture against Scotland, Afghanistan exuded great dominance to secure victory. Shahzad played a quickfire knock of 15 ball-22 runs to build a strong foundation for the team. He then also displayed his flair behind the wickets by grabbing a stunner.
Scotland’s batting lineup crumbled as no batter was able to provide enough resistance. Talking about the keeper-batter, it was his first international T20 match since March 2018 wherein he had played against Ireland. And in this match against Scotland, Shahzad’s fabulous catch grabbed the attention of the cricket on-lookers.
Scotland lost their fourth wicket inside power play and their chase looked difficult amidst this situation. Naveen-ul-Haq bowled a delivery quite a bit wide that managed to get the edge. Shahzad flew to his right and grabbed an impressive catch to send back Matthew Cross. Scotland was thus reduced to 30-4 in the fifth over.
Afghanistan’s bowlers were clinical on the field. They ran through the opposition’s batting unit to restrict them to just 60 runs whilst chasing the target of 192. Mujeeb Ur Rahman scalped five wickets in the match whereas the team’s ace spinner Rashid Khan struck with four wickets to fashion Afghanistan’s victory.
