Aaron Finch announces arrival of a baby girl with wife Amy Finch
Finch added that both his wife and baby are doing fine.
Australia’s limited-overs skipper, Aaron Finch, and his wife Amy Finch have been blessed with a baby girl. Finch shared his happiness through his official IG and revealed the name of her little angel as Esther Kate Finch. Finch added that both mother and baby are doing absolutely fine at the moment.
Finch, who was going through some tough times in his professional life due to his various injuries, would have been elated with the arrival of a baby in his life. The Australian skipper showed the picture of his baby wrapped in a beautiful floral sheet with an adorable bow on her head.
“Welcome to the world, Esther Kate Finch. Our little princess arrived yesterday at 4.58 pm weighing 3.54kg. @amyfinch did an amazing job and both her and bub are very healthy!” posted Aaron Finch on his official IG handle.

Talking about Finch on the professional front, he is aiming to mark his comeback in the T20 World Cup for Australia. The high-profile tournament is all set to commence on October 17 with qualifiers to take place first. Finch aggravated his knee injury on tour to West Indies. After playing the T20I series with West Indies, he sat out for ODIs and missed the subsequent Bangladesh series too.
Aaron Finch underwent knee surgery lately
He left West Indies during the ODIs and moved to Australia for his knee surgery. After successfully coming out of the surgery, Finch stated that he is looking forward to his comeback in T20 WC. If Finch gains all his fitness, he will open for Australia alongside David Warner in the high-profile tournament.
Finch knee issues were also followed by his blurry eye vision and this is how he was dealing with quite tough times. It has to be noted that Australia would be entering the T20 WC on the back of some poor run of forms. They lost T20Is to West Indies firstly. After that, their T20I series loss against Bangladesh turned to be more miserable as they lost their first-ever series to them.
