ACC Women’s T20 Championship 2022: Squads, Fixtures, Venue, Broadcasters and all you need to know
The tournament will begin on June 17 with the final game scheduled for June 25
After almost a nine-year break, the ACC Women’s T20 Championship is all set to make a return this year. In addition, the Malaysian Cricket Association will host the Championship, which will begin on June 17, 2022, and conclude on June 25, 2022. The qualification phase of this competition will include ten nations competing for a spot in the ACC Women’s T20 Asia Cup.
Kinrara Oval and YSD UKM Oval will host the matches. Teams will be categorized into two groups and will compete in a single round-robin format, with the top two teams from each division qualifying for the semi-finals, leading to the finals. Irrespective of the final result, the teams qualifying for the ultimate clash will make their way into the Women’s Asia Cup which is set to happen this year in October.
