The personal life of the popular Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami is in utter turmoil. His wife, Hasin Jahan, has imposed several allegations on him. The allegations have resulted in many charges being forced on Shami – both bailable and non-bailable. Among the various allegations made by Hasin Jahan, the one about Alishba caught a lot of attention.
Hasin Jahan had alleged that Shami had extra-marital affairs. She had also remarked that the cricketer had multiple relationships. Among the many girls he was in contact with, there was particular Pakistani girl who was very close to Mohammed Shami, alleged Hasin Jahan. She had remarked that the pacer often met this girl and even took money from her.
The girl was identified as Alishba, a Dubai-based Pakistani girl. Mohammed Shami kept denying his relationship with the lady and quoted her to be an ordinary fan. Meanwhile, Hasin Jahan opened up the match-fixing angle in the entire episode that prompted the BCCI to launch a probe in to it.
Alishba breaks her silence
Now, the lady in question has herself broken out her silence. Alishba recently opened up about her relationship with Mohammed Shami. She remarked that she is just another fan of Shami like many others. She revealed that she started talking to Shami on the social media. She has immense respect for the Indian cricketer. She added that much like every other fan, even she always wished to meet her celebrity idol.
“I am one of his followers, which is how I became Shami’s friend. Just like he has lakhs of followers, I am one among those normal fans. I have sent him messages. As a person, I really like Shami. As any fan that has idolised a celebrity, they always dream of meeting their idol. I have a lot of respect for him and we became good friends. We had a normal conversation,” Alishba was quoted as saying by ABP News.
