The explosive West Indian batsman has done exceptionally well in the limited opportunities but never reaped rewards for the same. Doug Bollinger, unfortunately, had a very short IPL career, which amounted to just 3 seasons. However, that was more than enough for him to leave a mark. In those three seasons, he got to lift the title twice, and himself played a key role in Chennai Super Kings&#8217; success.

Dale Steyn has gone unsold in the IPL auctions many times, but never due to his form. It&#8217;s always been injuries that have hampered his career. The case was no different in IPL 2018 auctions. The South African pacer had missed the whole calendar year 2017 due to an injury, which meant he failed to attract any attraction from franchises in the auction.

The pacer suffered yet another injury in January 2018 when India toured <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/i-literally-was-competing-only-with-white-players-jonty-rhodes-addresses-racism-in-south-african-cricket/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">South Africa</a>. However, destiny had decided something else for this veteran, and he returned back to the same team in the next season. The explosive West Indian batsman has done exceptionally well in the limited opportunities but never reaped rewards for the same. In 2018, the southpaw was the second-highest run-scorer for the Mumbai Indians, with 382 runs.
