David Warner has been spending the lockdown times with his family. Last year, he became father to a baby daughter and his life has been full of joy of late. For him, it was, maybe, needed after what he faced following the ball-tampering scandal at the Newlands at Cape Town back in March 2018. He broke down in guilt during a press conference, but has come out firing on all cylinders.
In the lockdown period, he has been making a number of videos on tik-tok along with wife Candice and their daughters. Recently, he took the ‘Flick The Switch’ Challenge. In the video, Warner was seen, exchanging his Aussie jersey with Candice for a swimming suit. Recently, the southpaw made another video with his better-half, this time showing their dance moves.
David Warner nails the dance with grace
The couple danced on the superhit Telugu number Butta Bomma from the popular movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. In the clip, Warner pulled Candice close and then twirled her following which the duo broke into the impromptu dance.
Their daughter Ivy and Indi also made appearances. There’s absolutely no doubt that Warner loved the song to the absolute fullest. He uploaded a video of their dance on Instagram as well. The original song features Pooja Hegde and Allu Arjun.

Warner shared it on Twitter as well. He took to Twitter and wrote, “It’s tiktok time #buttabomma get out of your comfort zone people lol candywarner1.” The YouTube video has over 145 million views, showing the craze for the song.
Seeing Warner’s tweet, Arjun thanked him for liking his song. “Thank you very much. Really Appreciate it .” Warner didn’t forget to say that he is in awe of the peppy dance number. He replied and wrote, ”Thank you sir amazing song,”

Warner last donned the Australia jersey in the ODI against New Zealand at the iconic Sydney Cricket Ground. The rest of the series was cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. He was set to be a part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, he has to wait as the tournament has been postponed indefinitely after the lockdown in India until May 3.
