Ambati Rayudu's shocking Reaction on being given Out

India A playing Australia A in the all important final match of the Quadrangular series in Australia, chasing a good total India lost some quick wickets. It all depended on the lower order and Rayudu’s experience was crucial for the team’s success. But, it was not his day and on a big in-swinging delivery from Ben Cutting was adjourned out.

Rayudu though had fair anguish on his side but, the type of reaction he served towards the umpire on being given out was un-expected. The ball had hit him high no doubt but there was little video evidence to suggest an inside edge. He was so disgusted by the decision that swung his bat in dis belief and gave the umpire real anxious moments.

Indian team was rescued from troubles by the lower order duo of Kedar Jadhav and Akshar Patel who took the team home with their special innings and had enough deliveries to spare with their 92 run unbeaten partnership. This was a shocker as Indian players are always known to maintain discipline on the field and respect the umpire’s call.

Famous commentator Harsha Bhogle too was surprised and offended by the way the batsmen received the umpire’s call so un-humbly. His twitter handle @bhogleharsha soon read:

The BCCI would like to and must step in and take a strong stand against the player as this type of behavior with the Umpire on the field is surely not negligible.
