Anushka Sharma's parents have a special gift for Virushka

Over the last couple of months, the couple that has made the most number of headlines is the power celebrity couple of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. The stylish Indian cricket team captain got married to the Bollywood diva in December last year. The wedding was a very secretive yet a lavish one. Virushka, as their fans fondly call them, got hitched at a beautiful location in Tuscany, Italy.

Following the wedding ceremony, the couple broke the news of their marriage on their respective social media handles. When they returned back to India, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma organized a very lavish reception in New Delhi. However, their industry friends, including the Indian cricket team members, could not make it to the event owing to national commitments.

Hence, the couple hosted another lavish reception in Mumbai. This reception took place a couple of days before the Indian team was scheduled to depart for South Africa for a full tour this cricketing season. Anushka Sharma accompanied Virat on the tour for a week. She was even spotted cheering for her husband from the stands in Cape Town. However, she had to head back to India soon to complete her Bollywood assignments.

Currently, Virat is having the time of his life as he is leading the Indian team in the ODI series where the visitors lead by 3-0. Meanwhile, Anushka is busy promoting her upcoming release titled ‘Pari’. Well, with the Valentine’s day coming up, many would wonder what the couple have in store for themselves. That remains to be seen if Anushka Sharma makes it to South Africa again or not.

For now, Anushka’s parents have given a very sweet gift to the newly-wed couple. As per the reports in NewsX.com, Anushka’s parents recently attended a book launch ceremony. At the ceremony, they got a book specially signed by the author, Tejaswini Divya Naik and later presented it to daughter Anushka and son-in-law Virat Kohli. The book is said to be filled with love poems.
