Pakistan had good 2015 as a team,; though they were knocked out of the world cup quarterfinals by eventual champions Australia. They worked out their way thereafter and had a successful year wherein they played 8 Tests, won 5, lost 1 while a couple ended in a draw. Pakistan also found success in the 50 overs formats, playing 10 ODIs they won 6, lost 3 and one of it was a tie while in the T20Is they took the field in 27 matches picking up 12 wins but lost 14 matches and one ended in a draw.

Wahab Riaz emerged as the most talked about bowler from Pakistan this year. He surprised everyone with his guile and never say die attitude, which he displayed with a couple of inspiring spells during the year. After a newly found image since his historic spell in the World Cup, Riaz will now look forward to building upon it and achieve some feats.
– He is 7 wickets short of 100 ODI wickets.
