Arjun Tendulkar bowls at Virat Kohli in the nets as India gear up for Mumbai ODI

The Indian cricket team has been invincible in all formats of the game of late. Their next assignment is to conquer New Zealand in a 3-match ODI and T20I series. This would be the seventh consecutive series win for India if they manage to overhaul the Kiwis.
The Black Caps toured India last year for a 3-match Test series and 5-match ODI series. India whitewashed the Test series by 3-0 but gave tough competition to the India in the ODI leg of the tour but eventually lost the series by 3-2.
With an ambition to decimate oppositions one after another, the Indian players took the field at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai to train for the 1st ODI scheduled on 22nd October.
Virat Kohli and co. started their net sessions at Mumbai which also is the home ground of a young promising star named Arjun Tendulkar, son of the God of cricket Sachin Tendulkar.
BCCI’s official account posted the pictures of the Indian team featuring Virat Kohli, Axar Patel, and Hardik Pandya doing the hard yards in the nets by captioning,”We are at the Wankhede Stadium and our preparations for the #INDvNZ have begun.”

The day also saw the left-handed bowler throw some deliveries at Virat Kohli. Arjun hogged all the limelight for injuring perhaps the best all rounder in the world Ben Stokes while practising in the nets in London.
It was only recently that Arjun Tendulkar was selected for the Mumbai Under 19 one day side for the JY Lele invitational tournament to be played in Baroda from September 16 to 23. Arjun, who has also represented Mumbai in Under-16 cricket in 2015-16,
