KNOW WHERE YOUR OFF-STUMP IS. Well, this is one of the most fundamental things that a batter is taught in the game of cricket. Aussie batter Cameron Green was bowled off the very first delivery that he faced in the 1st Ashes Test match.
Ollie Robinson bowled a delivery that pitched outside off stump and came in, but Green did not read it. He shouldered arms to it, and the ball crashed onto the off-stump.
Green departed for a golden duck, and Robinson was over the moon, having managed to outfox the Aussie batter. You can see the video of Green’s dismissal below.
GREEN IS GONE!

England claw their way back after the David Warner-Marnus Labuschagne show
David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne sent the England fielders on a leather hunt. The two men forged a superb partnership of 156 runs for the second wicket, as Joe Root and his men were rendered helpless at The Gabba.
While Warner scored 94 off 176 deliveries, Labuschagne plundered a 117-ball 74. But then, the kangaroos slipped from 166/1 to 195/5. Australia lost their three main pillars, Warner, Labuschagne, and Smith in quick succession, and this was then followed by Green’s first-ball duck.
England have fought their way back into this match, and the Aussie scorecard currently reads 240/7, with Travis Head and Pat Cummins occupying the crease. Ollie Robinson was the pick of the bowlers for the England side with the red cherry in hand, and gobbled up 3 Aussie batters, including ‘Big Fish’ David Warner.
Apart from Robinson, the likes of Mark Wood and Jack Leach also scalped a wicket each. Australia are already ahead of the England total by 93 runs in the first innings, with 3 full days left in the Test match.
