Jhye Richardson has been one of the new inclusions in the Ashes for Australia. A right-arm fast bowler, Richardson can swing the ball both ways. He is also a bowler who can click at speeds in the 140s.

Making his Test debut against Sri Lanka back in 2019, Richardson got a fine start to his Test career. Since then, the Murdoch – born quickie has bagged a sum of injuries that made a stop in his international career. He has a record of ninety-one wickets from thirty-nine innings at an average of twenty-one, and an economy below three in his First-Class games.

Coming from an excellent Shield Sheffield for Western Australia, Richardson has been in top form with twenty-three wickets from eight innings. A bowler who can bowl good lines, Richardson can be a match-winner for his nation.
