Yo-yo fitness test
Yo-yo test is a compulsory fitness test followed by most of the cricketing boards to test the fitness of an individual. The test’s results help the athlete in performing well on the field. Indian team has set the yo-yo benchmark as 16.1. Players like Ambati Rayudu failed the test but went on to clear it later.
