Bangladesh pacer Al-Amin Hossain sent home from World Cup 2015: The Bangladesh team management taking a tough call has decided to send back pacer Al-Amin Hossain to Bangladesh from the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, also pulling him back from the squad. It is reported that Amin Hossain had broken the team curfew of returning back to the hotel before 10pm.

As the news broke and reports started to flow in, ESPNcricinfo quoted the Bangladesh world cup 2015 team manager Khaled Mahmud confirming this news. He said, “Normally if a player has to stay outside after 10pm, he has to take the management’s permission, “We were not aware that Al-Amin left the hotel after that time, and were later informed by the ACSU of his transgression. He will be sent home as soon as possible.”

The Anti Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU) is around and keeping an eye on all the players during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. It is believed that the Bangladesh team management was totally unaware that a player from their squad was out of the team hotel until they were not knocked in by the ICC ACSU.

This decision has come acting upon this breach of curfew of returning to the team hotel before 10 pm. The protocol is that if any player was to be out beyond the limit he has to inform the concerned manager or board officials before hand.

Since Amin did not take the call seriously, the BCB has taken the decision of ordering him to make his way back to Bangladesh.
