Ben Stokes was named the Player of the Series for his batting exploits. His all-round show set the tone for England to thoroughly dismantle the home side. Stokes started off with a breathtaking 101 off just 100 balls with 8 fours and 4 sixes. He got a crucial wicket in the 2nd match as he dismissed Shakib Al Hasan. In the final ODI, he remained unbeaten on 47 to see England seal the series.

With 148 runs to his name at an average of 74 in 3 matches, Stokes was the leading run scorer for England in the series. He was next to only Imrul Kayes in the overall list of leading run scorers in the series. He also picked up 2 wickets at an economy of 5.18 in the series.
